Landis Technologies demonstrates lab research which combines the Attendant Pro attendant console, Microsoft Skype for Business and Cognitive Services to help receptionists connect people even more seamlessly.

The Attendant Pro “Transfer Advisor” feature combines cognitive services and other intelligence to allow Attendant Pro to automatically suggest the most likely contacts a caller will want to be transferred to, allowing the receptionist to serve callers more efficiently and personally.
